The Cleveland Area Lesbian Feminist Alliance is currently organizing two support groups, to be located on the Eastside and the other to be centered on the Westside. Both groups will meet about the middle of June. A group organized by black lesbians is already in existence and flourishing.
A softball game is scheduled to be held June 20 near the. pavillion at Edgewater Park. It promises to be great fun and all local women are welcome. Don't miss it!
C.A.L.F.A. is sponsoring an Openhouse at 8:00 P.M., June 21. The Openhouse will provide local women an opportunity to review C.A.L.F.A.'s accomplishments and goals as well as give them a chance to meet beautiful, level-headed people.
Volunteers are needed for the C.A.L.F.A. Phone! The phone is
an important source of information and help for area women and C.A.L.F.A. would welcome people who could assist in any capacity.
July 2-5 there will be a lesbian feminist conference in Bloomington, Indiana. For more information call 932-2669.
The C.A.L.F.A. Newsletter is available $3.00 per year. Anyone wishing to remain up to date on Cleveland area women's activities should subscribe.

The results are encouraging; but it should be remembered that they do not necessarily represent the attitudes of the total U.S. population. Studies consistently show residents of larger cities show more pro-gay attitudes than those living in smaller rural communities.
